These terms apply to your use of vintagemysterybox.store and any purchase from Vintage Fit Box. The store is operated by Wholesale Vintage LLC ("we," "us," "our").

1. Accepting these terms

By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to order, or have permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.

3. Our products

Vintage Fit Box sells mystery boxes of curated vintage clothing. Contents vary from box to box, and you won't know exactly which pieces you'll get. Product photos are examples only. They show the style of pieces we include, not the exact items you'll receive. All items are pre-owned and may show normal vintage wear.

4. Sizing

You choose a size and we match your pieces to it as closely as we can. Vintage sizing varies by brand and era, so fit can differ from modern sizes.

5. Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We work to keep prices and product details accurate, but mistakes can happen. If an item is listed at the wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Orders and cancellation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including one we're unable to fulfill. If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.

7. Final sale

All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for the two exceptions: store credit for items that arrive damaged, faulty or wrong (reported within 7 days of delivery), and a full refund if we cancel an order before it ships.

8. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is free. See our Shipping Policy for timing and details.

9. Intellectual property

Everything on this site, including our name, logo, text, photos and design, belongs to us or is used with permission. Please don't copy or use it without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

Our products and site are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
