- Size-swap exchange: if the size shipped doesn't match the size ordered, email within 14 days with the order number — we exchange and pay shipping both ways.
- Defect claims: undisclosed flaw (mystery boxes are A/B grade only)? Email photos within 7 days — replacement piece or store credit, and you keep the piece.
- Second Chance Boxes: flaws are disclosed on the insert card; no defect claims on disclosed flaws.
